KEVIN MCCLOUD  Known to everyone as the presenter of C4's universal favourite GRAND DESIGNS, Kevin is the author of eleven books, the most recent being the groundbreaking 43 PRINCIPLES OF HOME which was published by Collins in Autumn 2010.


MAX MILLIGAN  One of the UK’s leading landscape photographers whose books CIRCLES OF STONE, REALM OF THE INCAS and GHANA are now collector’s items, Max’s new privately sponsored book LEBANON which was launched at the RGS in autumn 2010 is breathtaking. Quadrille have bought rights in what will be the ultimate photographic book on Scotland, THE SOUL OF SCOTLAND, for publication in autumn 2012.www.maxmilligan.com


ANDY MULLIGAN  Andy is a teacher whose novel TRASH ( for ages 12+) was published autumn 10 by David Fickling Books in the UK and US. It was bought at auction for a record sum and is receiving stellar reviews. Rights have so far been sold in 18 languages and Andy has toured the UK, US, Australia, the Philippines and India promoting the book. Film rights were optioned before publication.

His first novel RIBBLESTROP (for ages 10+)  was published by Simon & Schuster and shortlisted for the Roald Dahl funny books award. Widely and ecstatically reviewed, its sequel RETURN TO RIBBLESTROP was published in spring 2011 and is the winner of the the Guardian Childrens' Fiction Prize 2011.  www.andymulligan.co.uk


LUCY O’BRIEN  Well known author and journalist on contemporary culture, pop, gender issues.
